●With vacuum gauge type includes a vacuum gauge for 0 ～－0.1MPa (min scale value 0.002MPa)
●Each type has a thick perforated plate (φ140mm×3.2tmm). Disposable or reusable desiccants can be placed on or under this plate.
●Dry seal type with O-ring.
