Gas Purge Type
Gas purge type has a good variety of sizes and shapes and is cost-effective, while not allowed to vacuum inside the main chamber.
We have some types with excellent operability such as full-removable main body type for easy transfer of large parts and wide type for easy operation inside.
The airlock chamber can be decompressed, enabling the passage of equipment or samples without compromising the internal environment.
We also can accept custom orders. We have made a coupled glove box by connecting 2 glove boxes.
